As we scurry around getting gifts and putting up holiday Ornaments, let’s take a moment to stop and remember what this holiday really signifies. This holiday reminds us to be compassionate and understanding towards others. Really look and listen to what people are saying. To see them and all others through the eyes of love. The way God’s love is shared with all of us. To hold out a hand of charity where needed, as we would want someone to do for us. To walk in peace and humility. Be the Light. To have gratitude for every waking moment we have and to cherish the people in our lives. To be grateful for the little things too. It all goes so fast, so do stop and send your love this season. Crystal Grids: The How and Why?
Crystal Grids are an arrangement of crystals laid out on to different geometrical patterns to enhance and direct your desired intention out into the universe. Goal: Is to manifest your intentions. Start with getting quiet so that you can listen to your intuitive heart. Write out on a piece of paper your clear and precise intention, or healing you are asking for. Next pick the grid you want to use Pick out your crystals and cleanse them either in salt water, or smudging them in sage. Lay out your Grid then state your intention out loud. Then start to place your crystals. How to place your crystals In the center is your Focus Stone- it is the stone that amplifies all of your other stones and activates the universal life force. I like to use Quartz crystal as it is the strongest amplifier. The next step is the Way Stones- they surround the center stone and amplifies the energies. The Desire Stones- are the outer most stones and they gather the energy of the other 2 sets of stones. The Path- These are the connective lines of energy flow through the grid. When you are done: State your intention out loud again and then say And So It Is!Then take your written piece of paper and put it under or next to the grid. Enjoy the process ! How to Set Intentions
I think it's important to take a day out of each month or notes over the month prior to the full moon to get quiet and ask myself what intention or intentions I want to focus on.I start to write them out or start journaling.Once I feel I've come to something that needs my attention orI want to manifest I write that on a separate piece of paper to put in my intention box or bowl when I'm done.I go to my crystals and choose which one I want to work with for this particular intention to put forth to manifestation. Here are a few stones you can use: Selenite - Clears and CleansesQuartz Crystal-Master Healer - Clarity of thoughtBlack Tourmaline - ProtectionLapis - Awareness & IntuitionRose Quartz - Learning to Trust & LoveCitrine- Strengthens intuitionIf you are drawn to a different crystal or are called to use more than one crystal, it's no problem. This is your energy so give it what it needs. 1. Before I start, I make sure that my crystal or crystals that I am using are cleansed. You can Sage use Sea Salt and water or set outside under the moon.2. You can use a sound chime to work with to set the opening and closing if you want it to be more focused. Using a C sound chime is a great one to choose. It is the Root Chakra and the Soul Star. So, anchoring in the Earth to the Sky. 3. You can put on some relaxing music as well. Whatevercalms and relaxes you. You can go into our sound room as well in our Membership App to find the perfect mood for you.4. Light a Candle.5. Take some deep breaths to clear and ground yourself.6. Get quiet and sit for a few minutes.7. Then say the intention out loud or in your mind as many times as you feel. Picture yourself as part of this creation.8. Sit and let this intention be a part of your, mind, body and soul. See It -Feel it - Become It!As Wayne Dyer would say "You'll See It When You Believe it”9. Continue until your body and inner self feels the vision is complete and done. You have become part of the picture and the whole picture. You have merged as one.Then release it to the universe and say: And SO, IT IS - And So I Am!!!!10.Put your crystals and the paper you wrote your intention on together in your bowl or box.10. Keep out something that represents this intention for you to be able to see as a touch stone or reminder of the intention you set. A visual affirmation if you will.Intentions can be set at any time. Ukraine is our Mirror
We as Americans are being challenged right here and now to stand up and fight for our democracy. Our Freedom as human beings to be who we came here to be. To have the freedom to self-express without anyone threatening us if we don't think and act as they do. Everyone was born free to be. However, we need to fight for it as some are working to try and take our (American) freedoms away. Ukraine is our mirror right now. Russia an aristocratic government is trying to just take and destroy Ukraine. If we are not careful this could happen to us. So, we need to pay attention and form our own thoughts not just take the words of others. Don't get played! Ask yourself "Is peace their Mission? "If you don't hear and undeniable YES, then that is not your person! What President Zelensky has done is to stand up for freedom and peace for his country and around the world and this we, Americans and all people must emulate if we are going to survive as a humanity. Make no mistake humanity in every facet of our lives is on the line. Political structures need to be of service to their people as they were elected to do, not use their victory to gain their power from companies that give them money to pave the way to do what they want. They are elected to serve the people not corporations. So, structured government but not politics. Our thought process needs to begin with Peace. With Zelensky's statement to President Biden, "I hope you are a President of Peace". The free world stands for peace.
