CASH BACK REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINALNo returns or exchanges will be accepted for these.

Orders approved for store credit will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions.
Store credit is accepted on items within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED, ALTERED OR USED. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge.
Save the package and all contents and follow the return instructions below.

Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge, once we receive your return package.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Carefully package the item(s) in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s). Please enclose the original packing slip.
