What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept unwanted or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items from our "Sale” section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.


Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge.
Save the package and all contents and follow the return instructions below.

Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge, once we receive your return package.

Carefully package the item(s) in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s). Please enclose the original packing slip.
