Meditation Chimes - How to Raise Your Frequency
Chimes I use in Meditation that assist me in entering the higher frequencies and dimensions. I play these 3 chimes when beginning my meditation and finishing my meditation. You can also play them throughout your day if you feel you need to raise your frequency. The Solar Plexus Chakra chime is tone E in 440 Hz. It can be placed just below the rib cage. It is good for strengthening your personal truth and sense of self. The Crown Chime is tone B- in 440 Hz. It can be placed above the head (as close as possible). It helps you to connect with your higher self.The Sacral charka chime is tone D in 440 Hz. In this order lightly tap:E then B then E and finish with D. The Chakra Chimes are in the scale of C Major. With an additional A in the PythagoreanRunning System where A is 432. The Pythagorean Scale is any scale which can be constructed from only pure perfect 5ths. I highly recommend these for everyone’s tool box!
